The High Cigna plan, provides a low in-network deductible of $1,500 for an individual or $3,000 for the whole family after which you pay only 20% of the cost of in-network care until you reach an out of pocket maximum of $4,250 for an individual or $8,500 for the whole family.

What is an Open Access Plus plan?

Open Access Plus (OAP) plans are PPO plans but give you access to a larger national network of providers than other PPO plans do. You have the option to choose a primary care provider to coordinate your care and you don’t need specialist referrals.
